i had a pampered chef party at my house wednesday night, so i threw on some jeans and flats for the party.  did not have enough time to snap a pic, sorry.

thursday

horrible placement of the mirror was to avoid you seeing my massive pile of laundry.  i wore plain black heels that day.  :)

friday

button down shirt - walmart.  it shrank and i'm pissed.  or maybe i gained ten pounds, i don't know.

cardigan - target, it's new!  and soft.

boots - piperlime.  i have a feeling you'll see these often.

saturday and sunday we spent working on the rental and our own house.  pretty much just think of the rattiest jeans you own, times it by ten and that's what i wore.  and pjs.

i tried taking pictures with my iPod.  not much better.  but i'm buying a new camera this week!  yay!

in conclusion, i would like to note the following things:

1. my diet does not appear to be working.  better up the cardio.  to, you know, actually doing cardio.

2. my hair looks one million bajillion times better actually styled than in a pony tail.

3. i wear a lot of the same pants.  this could be due to number 1.

4. it's time to buy the camera i've been putting off since kyle told me it was my birthday present.

my birthday is in decemeber.

i will never peel an egg again.

so, i'm probably way late on this bandwagon, but i'm just discovering the love i have for a little website.

you may have heard of it before....

pinterest.

yeah, you know, the awesome website that allows you to "pin" things, put a little comment and essentially saves them for you, and then shows your friends what you love?  out there in the universe.  floating in the clouds.

i bet pinterest's clouds are quite pretty.  and possibly pink.  at least in my world they are.

i read about pinterest a while ago over at no biggie's blog.  and then like five other blogs that i follow.  they all found out about it at ALT.  but...i'm not cool enough to go to ALT.  or, really, have any reason to go other than it sounds like a blast.  and i'd love to hear heather speak.  (who wouldn't, really?)

but i digress.

the point is:

since i'm fairly new to pinterest (i just got my invite on tuesday...it took a while, but they are still in beta phase, so that's completely understandable) i don't feel i can deeply express my love quite yet, but for now, i'll just show you the one reason i keep going back for more.

all i want is my free facebook marketing guide, people.  because i think our little IIDA page could use this.  and i'm supposed to be in charge of updating it (along with a few other people), and it's not really doing as well as i thought it would.  apparently interior designers in the wichita area are not fans of facebook.  or twitter.

does it REALLY matter all that much if i can decipher stupid little words on a computer screen?  does it free facebook marketing guide giveawayers?

gah.

i need some junk food.  stat.
